Our three bedroom, two bath contemporary cabin was recently totally renovated with refinished pine floors and all new furnishings. The living room and dining room open onto the large deck with beautiful views of the Green Mountains.

Awake to river valley views in the Master Bedroom on the main level. Enhance your stay with a queen-sized bed, fine linens, a cozy reading nook, floor-to-ceiling windows and a cathedral ceiling.	A second bedroom on the main level also has a queen-sized bed and forest views.
A third bedroom and bath are located on the lower level.	The master bath features a double vanity and shower.
Enjoy the Green Mountain views from the dining area that includes a antiqued copper-top table with twisted forged iron legs and rattan chairs. An updated kitchen includes a penisula bar, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, custom cabinetry, and a variety of small appliances including a coffee maker. Eagle's Nest Cabin in Vermont Rental Rates & Policies   Nightly Rate: $325 for 2 persons, $350 for 4 persons, $375 for 6 persons 3 night minimum Our cabins are special in nature - not typical rental units. They are filled with the finest furnishings and original artwork - designed as a special retreat with discerning guests who will appreciate and resqect the level and quality of detail provided. Weekly Rate: $1,600 (6 evenings) All rates and cancellation terms are subject to change during high demand times: Fall Foliage Season, Christmas and New Years, and Ski Season   Required Deposit A $250 security deposit guarantees the reservation which is refundable within 5 days after departure based on satisfactory inspection.   Cancellation Policy Daily: 14-day cancellation notice is required for full refund, less $25 cancellation fee Cancellation notice less than 14 days will result in forfeiture of total deposit   Weekly: Advance cancellation notice of 45 days is required for full refund 30 - 45 day cancellation notice will result in 50% refund of deposit 14 day or less cancellation notice will result in forfeiture of total deposit   Monthly: Advance cancellation notice of 60 days is required for full refund 45 day cancellation notice will result in 50% refund 30 days or less cancellation notice will result in forfeiture of total deposit
